Amazing, to go through life feeling fully free, not being limited to shine unapologetically. Sounds easy, but we all know it isn’t. I mean… what will other people think when you start coloring outside the lines all of a sudden? Will they judge you, reject you, disapprove of you?
Adjusting to the people around you? That’s only natural. But the question is: to what extend can you maintain your sovereignty? That’s the issue here. Maybe you know what I’m talking about; you start adapting to other people’s expectations, at your own cost. Maybe you hold your tongue, instead of expressing yourself. It might even have become a habit you’re not even aware of anymore.

In this workshop – some learning, some doing – you’ll discover the power of expression. You practice with connecting what’s true for you in that very moment and how you can share this openly. Moreover, you’ll learn how you can voice your message more clearly and with more certainty – from the heart.
